Date: Wednesday, 9th July 2025

As part of its ongoing commitment to support the growth and development of their alma mater, the BCSS National Alumni Association, on Wednesday, 9th July 2025, actively participated in the school’s routine weekly sanitation exercise. The event was aimed not only at promoting cleanliness around the school premises but also at fostering a spirit of discipline and motivation among the student body.

The exercise was led by the National President of the Alumni Association, Dr. Abdulraheem Muritala, who, along with other members of the alumni executive team, worked side-by-side with students to clean the school environment. This hands-on involvement demonstrated the alumni’s unwavering commitment to contributing to the holistic development of the school.

Throughout the exercise, alumni members engaged with students, offering words of encouragement and reminding them of the importance of maintaining a clean learning environment and staying focused on their academic goals. The presence of the alumni served as a strong motivation for the students, reinforcing the message that hard work, discipline, and unity can lead to long-term success.

Speaking during the event, Dr. Muritala emphasized the alumni’s promise to help steer the school toward excellence and position it as one of the leading institutions in the region. He reaffirmed the association’s pledge to support the school through not just infrastructural and educational development, but also through regular participation in activities that build character and community spirit.

The sanitation exercise was a resounding success, and it left a strong impression on both staff and students, who expressed appreciation for the alumni’s involvement. It marked a significant step in strengthening the bond between past and present members of the BCSS community and served as a reminder of the positive impact that collaborative efforts can have on school development.

The BCSS National Alumni Association has once again shown that its dedication goes beyond words, and Wednesday’s activity stands as a clear testament to their resolve to help the institution reach new heights.
